Pricing FAQ
What counts as one CSV export row?
Each row in the export is one infrastructure record (e.g. one EV charger, one data centre, one coliving property) that falls inside your search radius. Records are sorted by distance, so the closest matches up to your plan cap are exported first.
Can I switch plans?
Yes — upgrade or downgrade any time. Annual plans are billed up-front with a 20% discount; monthly plans are billed each cycle.
How do data licences affect what I can do with exports?
Most of our datasets are derived from OpenStreetMap (ODbL) and Open Charge Map (CC BY-SA 4.0). Free, Starter, and Pro exports are treated as Produced Works — attribution is required (the CSV includes it automatically) but you don't have to relicense your reports. Bulk downloads on Enterprise are Derivative Databases, distributed under the source licence. See LICENSES.md for the full posture.
